According to my sources, Yamcha still stands as one of the strongest Pure humans on Earth, though he has now retired from Earth saving and gone to nice life playing baseball and living with his best friend Puar
At his debut, Yamcha was a proficient martial artist though he could only fight Goku when he was still weak and hungry.
Though he had been shown to be way stronger than the average man
Most of the time he loses his matches against ppl who trained or were hired to come and take care of Son Goku, so his win streak is pretty scanty.
Some media claim to put him on similar rank to Radish, who I would put on Country level
Mind u my rankings are based on what u could destroy in one minute of allocated time
So in the end I'd say Prime Yamtcha could take out a Country within a minute of allocated time
